Do work that matters to your neighbors

Our shoppes are where people ship the gift, notarize the closing papers, print the wedding sign and find local honey. We're looking for people who like being the one who helps.

Why Work Here

You'll be trained, not thrown in

Every skill has its own training module, from domestic shipping to notary to large-format print. You learn it, practice it, and your team lead signs you off when you're ready. Your skill card shows your progress.

You're empowered

Within the processes we've built together, you have the authority to get a customer's problem solved. When we don't have an answer yet, the answer is "let's build it together," and it becomes a checklist the whole company uses.

You'll grow

Learn more skills, train others, and grow toward leading a shoppe, design and print, or merchandising. Every skill you add shows on your skill card.

You'll know your regulars

Our customers have been with us for years, some for decades. You'll learn names, not just tracking numbers.

You'll champion local makers

Our shelves are a launch pad for small local makers: honey, gourmet foods, handcrafted aromatherapy and more. You'll learn their stories and help tell them.

Your schedule works

Your availability and time off live on your skill card, and your schedule is built around them. Full-time, part-time, seasonal and student schedules welcome.
